The first paper gives an overview on the development of a fusion propulsion code, as well as a review of the Daedalus spacecraft concept design. The second paper gives an overview of space propulsion using laser-fusion and the physics basis for how it works. It also reviews the developments of the field over time. The third paper is the application of diffusion theory to estimate galactic crossing times using fusion propulsion. It also contains several original ideas related to the Search for Extraterrestrial Intelligence including the proposed Spatial-Temporal-Variance explanation. The final paper explores some of the key driving equations for ICF propulsion and also examines the domain space of applicability.
